Otávio Carneiro is a hacker, maker, do-it-yourself kind of guy. He loves to code in Python and recently discovered a taste for juggling. He is into digital inclusion initiatives and works for the government trying to help people deal with tecnology. When he's not programming or leading teams, Otávio likes to make little robots, drones or 3d printers using arduinos, toys or whatever is at hand.
Whenever possible, his explorations in tecnology are done with his daughter, who teaches him a lot about patience, love and Minecraft. The process and results of their play are posted in his YouTube channel or blog or shown in free software events, magazines or whatever the kids are looking at these days.
